  * To enable JavaScript support in the Firefox browser:

      (2) Click Web Features in the left panel of the Options dialog.

      (3) Place a check mark beside Enable JavaScript.

      (4) Click the OK button in the Options dialog box.


  * To enable JavaScript support in the Opera browser:

      (1) From the Tools menu, open the Quick Preferences submenu.

      (2) On the Quick Preferences submenu, check Enable JavaScript.


JavaScript support in almost all of these browsers is enabled by default
when they are initially installed. Firefox 1.0 is the notable exception.
Status bar text changes must be turned on by the user. It's usually only
necessary to follow one of the above procedures when JavaScript support
has been previously turned off.
